1st Course:
Sun dried tomato pretzels, basil & cheese fondue

 

2nd Course: 
Hokkaido Uni & Ahi tuna, house made "Tofu mozzarella", ponzu, sesame

 

3rd course: 
Genovese basil panna cotta, heirloom tomatoes, olive oil fried bread, farm greens

 

4th Course:
Ricotta cheese gnudi, parmesan & tomato broth, basil, sun gold tomatoes

 

5th Course:
Oak grilled mackarel, tomato "Veracruz", salsa verde, eggplant, quinoa

 

6th Course: 
Smoked Beef Brisket "Pot au feu", tomato consomme, stewed tomato jam

 

7th Course: 
Roasted peach & pistachio pogne ala romana, cherry tomato preserves, creme fraiche gelato
